Navivera ("we," "us," "our") operates a platform that connects international patients with licensed hospitals and clinics in Turkey. Navivera is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. All medical services are provided solely by independent, licensed third-party hospitals and healthcare professionals.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and Services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement, or that you are using it on behalf of a patient with proper authority to do so (e.g., a parent or legal guardian).
3. Nature of Our Services
Navivera provides matching, coordination, and support services ("Care Navigation") to help you find and arrange treatment with a licensed hospital in Turkey. Quotes provided through our Site are estimates based on information you provide and are subject to confirmation by the treating hospital following a full medical evaluation. Navivera does not guarantee any medical outcome, treatment result, or final price, and is not responsible for the clinical decisions, actions, or omissions of any third-party hospital or medical professional.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
Provide false or misleading medical or personal information;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other users' accounts;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site;
Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content.
6. Third-Party Hospitals and Providers
All medical treatment is provided by independent hospitals licensed under Turkey's Ministry of Health. These providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of Navivera. Any agreement for medical treatment is between you and the treating hospital directly. Navivera's role is limited to matching, coordination, and support.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Navivera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Fees
Requesting a quote through Navivera is free of charge. If Navivera charges any service fee in the future, this will be clearly disclosed to you before you incur any obligation.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navivera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to medical outcomes, treatment complications, travel disruptions, or financial losses arising from your engagement with a third-party hospital.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navivera, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your engagement with a third-party hospital.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
