We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without appropriate consent.

4. Who We Share Your Information With
- Partner hospitals: once you request a quote, relevant details are shared with the hospital(s) best suited to your case, solely for the purpose of preparing your treatment plan and quote
- Service providers: third parties who help us operate the Site (e.g., hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Analytics providers: Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity), only when you consent to analytics cookies
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, including hospitals paying for referral traffic.
5. International Data Transfers
As Navivera operates from Turkey and serves patients from the EU, UK, and other regions, your information may be transferred across borders. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data during such transfers.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your cookie choice. It remains for up to 180 days and does not track your browsing activity.
Analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They help us understand how visitors use the Site, including aggregated usage patterns and session behaviour. These tools are loaded only after you opt in through our cookie banner.
